- Choose the stimulator you wish to use and attach a control console. The control console should snap securely in place.
- Each stimulator comes with a plastic strip that protects the stimulator’s gel pads from dirt or debris. Before using your stimulator, remove the plastic covering, but do not discard this strip of plastic. When you are finished using your stimulator, put the plastic covering back on in order to keep the gel pads free of debris. You can extend the life of your product by keeping the gel pads as clean as possible.
- On the clean surface of your skin, place the stimulator’s gel pads so that they cover the muscles you are looking to target.
- Press the control console’s ON/INC button to turn the stimulator ON.
- Press the ON/INC button to increase the stimulator’s intensity. Press the PROGRAM button to toggle through the various pulse modes.
- Decrease the intensity by pressing the OFF/DEC button. When the stimulator is on the lowest intensity level, pressing the OFF/DEC button will power the stimulator OFF.
