- Power on the device and attach it securely around the waist.
- The system begins with a pre-inflate cycle to mold the attachment to your body.
- Once inflated, the massage pattern will begin, starting at the lower zone and pulsing upward.
- Let the session run for the programmed duration or press Start/Stop to pause or resume.
- When finished, press the power button to turn off the device.
- Remove the device and store as directed.
- Consult a physician before use.
